Ron Hubbard; Norton S. Karno named in the Will as Trustee of this Trust BACKGROUND AND NOTES On 15 December 1979 a document creating a Trust called the "L. RON HUBBARD INTER VIVOS TRUST" purportedly was signed by L. Ron Hubbard when he also purportedly signed the 15 December 1979 Will. Unfortunately, the L. RON HUBBARD INTER VIVOS TRUST instrument has never turned up, so it is not available for reading. It may well be a very important document, since the 15 December 1979 Will itself makes no specific to disposition of copyrights. But they appear to be included by general reference to property, the disposal of which is specified in the missing Trust instrument for this Trust. We record its existence here with hopes that it can be located and added to the site. |
